This woman had undergone breast augmentation years ago, and experienced a capsular contracture in both breasts. Dr. Sisco performed a breast implant removal and exchange, a breast revision surgery, replacing her old breast implants and removing the scar tissue, to give her soft, natural-looking breasts. At the same time, he performed a breast lift to improve the shape of her breasts.
