This woman in her 50s had lost substantial weight, but continued to have a significant amount of excess skin and fat around her waist. She also noted an elastic, droopy breasts. Dr. Sisco performed a breast lift as well as a fleur-de-lis abdominoplasty, which is designed to remove as much abdominal tissue as possible.
