This woman in her 40s was complaining of excess abdominal fat, saggy skin, and a loose abdominal wall after having children. Dr. Sisco performed an abdominoplasty, in which he tightened the abdominal wall, removed excess skin, and did liposuction to contour the flanks and upper abdomen.
