This woman in her 60s came to Dr. Sisco for a breast reduction. Her breasts were very large and pendulous, reaching to her waist. Dr. Sisco performed a combination of breast reduction and breast lift surgery to reshape and reposition her breasts to be smaller and higher, giving her a more pleasing breast shape.
