This woman in her forties developed breast cancer and elected to undergo a double skin-sparing mastectomy. She wanted to be a bit larger, so Dr. Sisco performed her breast reconstruction in two stages using tissue expanders and anatomic (teardrop) silicone 370 cc implants.
