This woman in her 50s was diagnosed with breast cancer. She had a history of a prior breast reduction. She elected to have a double mastectomy with direct-to-implant reconstruction using silicone implants placed in front of the muscles. Dr. Sisco performed the surgery, giving her natural looking results.
