Breast Reconstruction with Implants Before & After Case 64

This woman in her 50s developed a left breast cancer. She wanted to be a bit larger. Dr. Sisco performed her breast reconstruction in two stages. He placed a tissue expander on the left after her nipple-sparing mastectomy. After stretching the skin on the left side, he replaced the expander with a teardrop 425 ml silicone implant. He enlarged her right breast with a round 150 ml implant.
